What we use

Your email is used to verify account access. Uploaded video is processed to create the transcript you request. You should only upload media you own or are authorized to process. We do not reuse your content for model training.

What stays private

Source media, transcript revisions and downloads require your account. Public examples on Home are separately authored illustrations. Selecting a file on Home does not send it to our server before verification.

Retention and deletion

Source media expires after 7 days under the current configuration. Project deletion removes its active source and transcript text. Minimal ownership, source checksum, trial and job audit records remain for recovery and abuse prevention. Existing streams or temporary processing files may finish or expire separately. Backups require a separate retention policy.

Account changes

Email changes and full account deletion currently require support review. A public support address will appear on Contact when configured. This limitation is a gate before a wider production release.

Who processes content

Transcription runs on the configured local CPU or GPU model. Hosted translation is disabled. Payments are processed by PayPal and, when configured, Stripe on their hosted checkout pages. We keep purchase, payment reference, credit and receipt records for accounting and recovery. Card numbers and security codes do not enter Dubverta. These providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. Email codes are sent through the operator's configured SMTP service; that service handles your address and the intended short-lived code.
